Who We Are:
We are the Office Refreshment Professionals. ProStar Services, Inc. is a privately
owned Office Coffee Service company based in Carrollton, Texas. Established in 1986,
by President and Founder Randy Parks, ProStar has evolved from a garage-based operation
into a multimillion-dollar business. In just two decades, Randy has achieved
what most small businessmen dream of: success.
Since our inception, ProStar has gained ground in the OCS business leaps and bounds.
As a market leader in the coffee service industry we provide brand name products
such as Starbucks Seattle’s Best, FLAVIA,
and Keurig.
What We Do:
Now in our twenty-second year of operation we have become a major player in the
office coffee service industry. Starting as a meager one-man operation, ProStar
has grown exponentially and now employees over 120 professionals. Rivaling even
our largest national competitors, ProStar competes on the same level and in most
cases triumphs in many markets.

Guardian: Part of the ProStar Model Equation:
Guardian Water Systems filters make it possible to maintain and increase the quality of water used to brew Sonora Roasters (a ProStar product) and other brand name coffees, as well as innowave water coolers.
The ProStar Model takes three components: roasting coffee, delivering products, and providing quality water, through Guardian, and is applied to the all merchandise sold. This model allows for ProStar and Guardian customers to have the freshest product(s) with the most convenient service available.
Branching out into these other industries has allowed ProStar to add higher profile clients that demand service, quality, and professionalism; all ideals that ProStar prides itself upon.
Awards We Have Won:
We have won many awards since our inception. The most recent award was won by owner
and operator Randy Parks. He was named 2007 OCS (Office Coffee Service) Operator
of the Year by industry magazine Automatic Merchandiser.

Having the ability to roast our own coffee gives us the ultimate freshness advantage
and the flexibility to roast in a multitude of customer-preferred flavors.
Oxygen and light are the two number one enemies of coffee and the quicker we can
get our fresh ground coffee to our customers the better the flavor.
All of our Sonora Roasters brand coffee is roasted, ground, and packaged on site
and in many cases delivered the day that it is roasted. In just 3 short years Sonora
Roasters has become a household name in offices across Texas.
Sonora Roasters can be brewed in a variety of delectable flavors
from "Hazelnut Supreme" to "Cinnamon Danish." ProStar offers a huge selection of flavored coffees. For the Starbucks lover in you, ProStar offers a "French Roast" that is as dark as they come and will satisfy your coffee craving.

Dedication to customers is what puts ProStar a few steps beyond other coffee service
companies and has put us at a level that can only be described as first-rate.
Our service spans all across the DFW Metroplex, as well as current branch
locations in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and future locations in Phoenix and Denver.
Radio-dispatched delivery vehicles provide the transportation for all the products
and services required by ProStar clients. A friendly uniformed staff member fills
client's orders on a weekly basis, making it possible for customers to go about
their business and leave the coffee to ProStar.
